What I Ate This Week: A Drive Home, Local Easton Stops, and Mother’s Day at Spiga (May 4 – May 10)
A reset week: a long drive home from Savannah, Carbone’s vodka penne, Shaggy Coos burgers, a Dig bowl in NYC, a Colony pizza on the way home, a full Easton farm tour with our daughter, garlic butter pasta on Saturday, and a Mother’s Day brunch at Spiga in New Canaan.

A graduation-week road trip from Connecticut to Florida and back. An Italian Combo in Trumbull, La Toscana at All’Antico, tapas at Barcelona, charm and a Philly Toastie in Thomasville, an unforgettable steakhouse dinner at St. James, and birria in Savannah on the long drive home.
