Sarti Spritz Cocktail
A vibrant, refreshing Italian aperitivo made with Sarti Rosa, Prosecco, and sparkling water. Bursting with notes of Sicilian blood orange, mango, and passion fruit, the Sarti Spritz is a modern alternative to the Aperol Spritz with a fruitier, slightly sweeter profile that's perfect for summer afternoons, aperitivo hour, or entertaining friends.

Fill a large wine glass completely with fresh ice. Using plenty of ice keeps the cocktail crisp without diluting it too quickly.
Pour in the Sarti Rosa.
Slowly add the chilled Prosecco. Pour gently to preserve the bubbles.
Top with sparkling water.
Gently stir once or twice with a bar spoon. Avoid over-stirring to maintain carbonation.
Garnish with an orange slice and, if desired, a few fresh raspberries. Serve immediately.
- Serve in a large balloon wine glass for the classic Italian presentation.
- For a slightly lighter cocktail, increase the sparkling water to 2 ounces.
- Blood orange slices make an especially beautiful garnish.
- Chill all ingredients beforehand for the best flavor.
- Excellent paired with olives, prosciutto, focaccia, potato chips, or light seafood appetizers.
