  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka

  • 1 oz Heavy cream
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple syrup To make: equal parts sugar and water
  • Lemon twist or wheel

Instructions

  • Prep the glass — Chill glass in freezer for at least 5 minutes.
  • Combine ingredients — In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the vodka, limoncello, heavy cream, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  • Shake — Shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds until well chilled and slightly frothy.
  • Strain & serve — Strain into your chilled martini or coupe glass.
  • Garnish — Twist a lemon wheel or twist over the top to release the citrus oils.

Notes

  • This drink lives in the space between cocktail and dessert — adjust cream or syrup to taste for sweeter or drier preferences.
  • Make a batch version by multiplying ingredients and shaking without ice before serving over fresh ice in short glasses.
  • Swap heavy cream for half-and-half for a lighter texture, though richness is part of the charm.
