  • 2 cups Fresh strawberries hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup Mozzarella pearls
  • 1/2 cup Fresh basil torn
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • Balsamic glaze Nonna Pia's

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the strawberries – Wash, hull, and quarter the strawberries for easy bites.
  • Assemble the salad – In a large salad bowl or platter, arrange strawberries, mozzarella pearls, and fresh basil leaves.
  • Dress the salad – Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. You can whisk these together beforehand or drizzle separately.
  • Season and finish – Add freshly ground black pepper to taste, then finish with a decorative drizzle of balsamic glaze over the top.
  • Serve immediately – Best enjoyed fresh while the strawberries are juicy and the basil is aromatic.
